Accredited in Greensmart Design and with a background in drafting, he has helped over 1,500 families bring their dream homes to life by incorporating sustainable solutions and innovative layouts. Passionate about guiding clients through the home-building journey, Robert goes beyond the standard scope to provide VIP services and personalised support. His vision to deliver exceptional client experiences inspired the creation of Inclusive Concepts. Robert takes pride in surprising and delighting his clients, making their build journey enjoyable while ensuring they feel informed, confident, and supported every step of the way.

She guides clients through the entire building process, from personalised showroom tours to preparing for Prestart appointments, reviewing plans in detail, and tailoring every decision to suit your lifestyle. While you may not speak to her every day, Tahlia is at the heart of the team, from planning exclusive VIP events to managing communications, she works tirelessly in the “engine room” of Inclusive Concepts. She also supports clients with contractor recommendations for finishing projects and ongoing maintenance advice, helping your home flourish long after the build is complete.
