Competition Terms & Conditions

By entering the Inclusive Concepts 2nd Birthday Giveaway, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Eligibility

• Entry is open to residents of Western Australia only.

• Entrants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

• Employees of Inclusive Concepts and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

Competition Period

• The competition opens on 10 August 2026.

• Entries close at 11:59 PM AWST on 30 September 2026.

• Entries received after the closing date will not be accepted.

How to Enter

• Visit the Inclusive Concepts website and locate the hidden Golden Key.

• Complete the online entry form and tell us which page you found the Golden Key on.

• Only one entry per person and per email address is permitted.

• Participants who follow @inclusiveconceptsbytania on Instagram and provide their Instagram handle in the entry form will receive one bonus entry.

Prize

• One (1) winner will receive a $300 Crown Gift Voucher.

• The voucher is valid for three (3) years from the date of issue, subject to Crown's terms and conditions.

• The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

Winner Selection

• The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the competition period.

• The draw will take place within five (5) business days of the competition closing.

• The winner will be contacted by phone using the details provided on their entry form.

• If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, Inclusive Concepts reserves the right to redraw the prize.

Prize Delivery

• The prize will be posted or hand-delivered to the winner's nominated Western Australian address. The method of delivery will be determined by Inclusive Concepts and confirmed with the winner prior to delivery.

Promotional Photography

• The winner may be invited to participate in promotional photography and/or social media content relating to the competition. Participation is entirely voluntary and is not a condition of accepting the prize. Any photographs or video will only be used with the winner's consent.

Privacy

• By entering this competition, you consent to Inclusive Concepts collecting and storing your personal information for the purpose of administering the competition.

• If you choose to opt in, you may also receive occasional marketing communications, building tips, news and updates from Inclusive Concepts. You may unsubscribe from these communications at any time.

General

• Inclusive Concepts reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry that does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.

• Inclusive Concepts reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the competition if unforeseen circumstances arise beyond its reasonable control.
